🌴 Our Lifetime Beach-Ready Guarantee 🐚

We’re so confident our gear will ride every wave and soak up every sunset with you that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products!

If something isn’t quite right, just shoot us an email with your warranty details (see below). Each claim gets individual love and attention from our team—please allow 1–2 business days for us to get back to you.

We’ll happily replace any product that has a manufacturing or workmanship defect—that includes things like fabric, zippers, seams, buckles, metal bits, and overall construction—free of charge.

☀️ A quick note: When we say “lifetime,” we mean the lifetime of the product—not yours (you’ve got way more beach days ahead than our gear!).

🚫 What’s Not Covered Under Our Warranty 🏖️

As much as we’d love to cover every beach adventure, there are a few things our warranty doesn’t include:

- Sunburns belong on people, not products! 🌞 Long days baking in direct sunlight can cause fading or tearing, so we recommend giving your gear some shade love when not in use. We do not cover sun damage.

- Oops moments happen. 🔥🐾 Accidental damage like burns or pet claws gone wild are not covered.

- Rough love doesn’t count. Improper care or use of our products will not be covered.

- Normal wear and tear. Every beach buddy shows a little character over time, and that’s just part of the journey.
